Worcestershire Open Studios 2018 takes place from Saturday 25 August to Monday 27 August.
Discover a wide variety of art and crafts created in Worcestershire this August bank holiday weekend, when artists and arts organisations open their studios, homes and shared spaces for three days at 81 different locations across the county.
A diverse collection of original art and craft made by over 170 Worcestershire artists will be available to see and buy. From drawing, painting, printmaking, photography and glassmaking to ceramics, jewellery, textiles and mixed media in contemporary and traditional styles, there’s something to suit every taste.
Visitors will have the opportunity to delve into unseen creative spaces, talk directly to artists about their inspiration and creative processes, as well as a chance to purchase exclusive works. Some venues also offer refreshments and demonstrations. And if you visit five or more studios you can be in with a chance to win £100 to spend on artwork. Entry to all venues is free.
Registration for this year’s event has now closed. Participating artists can be found on the Artists page.
If you can’t wait until August why not visit one of our exhibitions in Malvern or Worcester that are showcasing work by many of our artists ahead of the the open studios weekend?
Guides containing details of all the artists, their venues, opening times and facilities will be available to download or to pick up from libraries, tourist information centres and other locations during July and August.
