Rupert Brakspear

Ceramacist

I am interested in the relationship between people and landscape and make functional items for everyday use, recently with a focus on baking bowls and pint beakers. I use ‘wild’ raw materials (clay, rock dust and ash), that I find as I explore my immediate environment and other iconic landscapes linked to ceramic production.
