    Cap 'n' Gown, 45 Upper Tything, Worcester WR1 1JZ

    WOS exhibition at the Cap n GownNew exhibition at the Cap 'n' Gown – a new permanent exhibition space for WOS artists run by the Cap 'n' Gown in conjunction with Worcestershire Open Studios.

    This second exhibition consists of an eclectic collection of mixed media paintings, floral paintings and art for the kitchen.The Worcestershire Open Studios artists involved are Rachel Kay Hall, Susan Birth and potter Chris Greening.

    The public reception is on 28 June 2018 from 5.30pm – 7pm with viewing during normal pub opening hours thereafter.

    The Hive, Sawmill Walk, Worcester WR1 3PD

    A micro exhibition by Jilly Oxlade-Arnott of Archiimp (WOS Artist No.13). Colours at Play - this exhibition explores the colour palette. Colour is everywhere in our lives and influences us daily. From the prominence of a brand, 'Ferrari red' to which shade of shoe we buy, we make choices with colour in mind. Do the colours collide, co-ordinate, interact or blend? How do they may us feel?”

    This will be a ‘Hive Exclusive Preview Exhibition’ of the Archiimp Vivid Range launch due in October 2018 (and also directly linked to the Worcester Stands Tall giraffe created by Jilly, which will be on display in Worcester during this period).

    The Courtyard Arts in a partnership between nestWorcester and Archiimp, showing local artist from all mediums on the first Sunday of every month at the courtyard of the Worcester Royal Porcelain works.

    Spend a lazy Sunday over a wonderful breakfast or lunch at the nestWorcester Cafe and browse the art works, speak with the artist or just make a day it. Just few minutes’ walk from the Cathedral and the High Street, the Courtyard Arts offers a relaxing environment to eat, drink and shop.

    Different artists exhibit every month from the mediums of watercolour & oil paintings, pottery, glassware, jewelry, flame worker, silver smiths, felt work, paper cut, lino prints, photography, and mixed media to batiks.

    Drawing for beginners workshop, in conjunction with PSW Art shop, Studley, who will host the workshop.

    Aimed at people interested in wildlife art with little drawing experience, all the materials you will need provided plus some extra's for you to try out. Coffee, tea and biscuits will be provided, there will be a 15 minute break should you want to bring a packed lunch.

    The September 15th and 16th Pop Up Gallery will present works from Jilly Oxlade-Arnott, a special feature display on Artist Julie Robertson a selection of poetry books from local poet and author Suz Winspear and a few select pieces of amazing and varied works from 14 other artists, the likes of Anthony Pearson, Deb Stanley, Edyta Linert, Gillian Simpson, Helen Garbett, Jadu Sheridan, Kirstie Trobe, Maggie Hobbs, Mandy Clifford, Mark Zytynski, Rachel Drury, Sam Fenner, Susan Birth and Wend Britton.

    New exhibition at the Cap 'n' Gown – a new permanent exhibition space for WOS artists run by the Cap 'n' Gown in conjunction with Worcestershire Open Studios.

    This third exhibition consists of a collection of colourful acrylic paintings, tree photographs, monochrome etchings and colour wood cuts. The Worcestershire Open Studios artists involved are Caroline Hall, Mark Zytynski and Frans Wesselman.

    The public reception is on 27 September 2018 from 5.30pm – 7pm with viewing during normal pub opening hours thereafter.
