Susan Birth has launched her "Echoes of Ancient Art" project commissioned by Worcester City Art Gallery & Museum & funded by Arts Council England.

Why not join the project group, follow STEP-BY-STEP CREATIVE WORKSHEETS inspired by Roman Mosaics or Egyptian Artefacts, have fun with collage and learn some easy art techniques along the way. You'll get the opportunity to have your artwork featured in the Museum's dedicated ONLINE EXHIBITION and have it PRINTED ON GREETING CARDS for local sale with proceeds to the charity Headway Worcestershire.

10am–1pm and 2pm–5pmKingcot Gallery, Alcester Road, Flyford Flavell, Worcestershire, WR7 4DF

Always wondered how those beautiful glass pieces are created that you see when down at the coast? Well come and have a go at a workshop that couldn't be further away from the sea if it tried! Based in the heart of the Worcestershire countryside you can do coasters, panels, candle shields and hangers with seaside pictures, flowers, houses or test your abstract skills.

The day is split into two sessions but if you'd like to do a complete day just book both sessions. How much you make depends on your confidence, with a maximum of 6 people per session there is plenty of teaching time. As an indication, an average make is a pair of coasters and a hanger in a 1/2 day session.

£45 per session, if both sessions are booked then a lunch is included.
