Collage, Mixed media, Painting

I am a contemporary visual artist, painter and maker, of both 2D and 3D forms. My creative practice is varied and influenced by an urge to be expressive and to support others to do the same. My work covers many media including collage, assemblage, oil and acrylic paintings, as well as sculptural ‘altered’ artworks. Themes within the work explore ritual, gender and beauty of impermanence. I am fascinated in our sense of identity and ‘humanness’, resulting in a wide variety of pieces and exploring the process of making and play - doing whatever makes me happy. Any natural materials used in the work are salvaged and ethically sourced. There is an emphasis on re-using and recycling materials where possible. Member of the newly formed ‘Worcester Arts Collective’ (WAC).

WAC are excited to open up our studio spaces to the public as part of Worcester Open Studios 2023 at No4 Edgar Street. We are a community interest company (CIC) made up of artists and makers who promote visual arts and creativity in all its forms through our projects, exhibitions and spaces. The studios are in a Worcester City Centre location close to local amenities. As we are in a listed building. As we are in a listed building, wheelchair access is not possible. The individual studios are on upper levels within the building with stair only access.
