David Birtwhistle

My continuing passion for historic architecture and landscapes, especially Worcestershire, is the inspiration for my work. Most of my paintings are watercolours or watercolour drawings with touches of gouache. Frequently, subjects of my images are familiar or well known places and buildings but seen differently. A few of my paintings have been reproduced as inexpensive cards or prints and I have produced a small collection of original prints and reproductions in numbered, limited editions.
