Sign Up to Participate in Worcestershire Open Studios Art Week 2025
Welcome to the sign-up process for Worcestershire Open Studios Art Week 2025! This year, our event will take place from 16th to 25th August, and we’re excited to invite artists and makers from across Worcestershire to showcase their work.
Taking part in Worcestershire Open Studios August Art Week, the county’s biggest free art event, offers a host of opportunities for your creative journey:
- Boost Your Exposure: Over 12,500 studio visits in 2023! Plus, inclusion in our widely distributed printed event guides (15000+) and year round Artists & Makers Directory for increased online visibility.
- Creative Growth: Engage directly with the public and learn from feedback. Test new techniques, products, and ideas.
- Build Your Network: Connect with potential customers, collaborators, and other creatives. Gain long-term contacts and potential commissions.
- Professional Development: Opportunities to teach, demonstrate, and further your practice with PR and marketing support.
- Be Part of a Creative Community: Gain access to our private Facebook group for support and collaboration as well as other opportunities
- Get Noticed: Benefit from online advertising, social media campaigns, and wide-reaching press coverage.
The registration deadline is 19th March 2025, so make sure to submit your registration before then. To participate, you must be a member of Worcestershire Open Studios. Don’t worry if you’re not yet a member—you can apply to join today and enjoy a range of benefits throughout the year. Annual Membership costs just £35 and includes your online profile in our artists’ and makers’ directory.
Registration for our August Art Week costs £105 for solo entry or £95 for those taking part at the same location as other Members.

STEP TWO: Apply to become a Member (this will show once you are ‘signed in’)
STEP THREE: Register to take part via your Membership Dashboard
If you are already a member please sign in and register to take part from your Membership dashboard.
Step One: Create an Account
If you are not a member and don’t have an account on the website, you will need to sign up with a new account. You will then receive a confirmation email before you can create your membership. This is an automated email so please check your junk box before contacting us if you think you may not have received it.
Step Two: Apply for Membership (this option will show once you are signed in)
Step Three: Register to take part in Worcestershire Open Studios August event via your Membership Dashboard
If you are a practising artist or maker living or working in Worcestershire or in close proximity to its borders and would like to become a member to receive the associated benefits, including your year-round online gallery, but don’t want to participate in the main August event, you may still apply to become a member by creating an account and then applying for membership.
If you are not a practising artist but would love to be kept informed about our members and updates with Worcestershire Open Studios then please join our general mailing list for which there is no fee.
