Monthly Creative Workshops in Surface, Stitch & Assemblage
Step into a year of creativity (or dip in occasionally) Surface, texture, stitch and slow making.
Explorations in Textiles is a monthly, in-person workshop series for people who want to explore textiles and mixed media in a gentle, playful, and deeply inspiring way.
Across the year, you will:
✨ Experiment with surface design, collage, stitch, layering, and unconventional textile techniques
✨ Create a growing collection of unique “fabric pages” and 3D work too.
✨ Follow seasonal themes and prompts
✨ Build confidence in your creative voice
✨ Enjoy the calm focus of a small group (maximum 6)
✨ (Optional) Work toward a final handmade textile book or similar structure , created in a special full-day finale!
Whether you’re a curious beginner or an experienced maker, each session offers space to unwind, explore, and make something meaningful.
