After painting occasionally, now and again – more doodling than painting – I decided, at the end of 2024, to take on the local landscapes. I prefer glazing methods for my oil painting – developing colours through transparent layers. I am currently busy exploring the human form in myth and narrative ready for next year’s show (not yet shown here).
