Artist information
I am a hobby painter using soft pastels and pastel and watercolour pencils.
I paint animal and pet portraits, land and seascapes and other subjects that capture my imagination. I love to capture the character of the animals I paint, so enjoy meeting them and taking my own photographs to work from wherever possible.
I have my own studio at home, but enjoy painting with likeminded people so attend classes and use online information to improve my skills further.
I enjoy sharing my passion for pastel painting with others and have held informal workshops and love to hear when attendees have bought pastels of their own to continue their art.
I am proud to be a member of the Feckenham Artisans, a group of people from this lovely Worcestershire village who produce a wonderful variety of art and craft work.
