From the blossoms of spring to the dried seed heads of autumn, my garden is a constant source of inspiration. Drawing on my background in photography, alongside sketching and observation, I gather ideas throughout the year that develop into my jewellery designs.
I work with a diverse range of materials and techniques—from salt-etched copper to fine silver clay—creating bold, tactile pieces that reflect the textures and forms of the natural landscape. Many of my botanical mixed-media pieces incorporate materials from my own garden, including pressed flowers, while I also carve locally sourced wood into pendants.
My botanical collections respond to the landscape around me, reflecting the colours of the changing seasons. I combine printed floral motifs with real pressed flowers and work with metals such as brass, copper and silver, often incorporating semi-precious stones to add depth and detail.
