I first started to paint in my 20’s at uni and pretty soon life got in the way which resulted in a 50 year break. I picked it up again in 2019 and then Covid came along which gave me plenty of time to reflect and rekindle. I started with some life drawing but soon focused on watercolour before adding acrylic, inks and even pastel. My early work was mostly traditional landscapes and seascapes but I with acrylic I ventured into abstract and some surrealism which I love. I am very much an amateur and paint for fun and relaxation. Creating is the inspiration.
