Green Woodworker

An example of my British wildlife carvings

Artform: Woodwork

I have just finished building a new eco workshop primarily from wood, straw bales and clay. From this interesting building myself and volunteers now create my wooden designs to sell and raise money for local nature projects. At the workshop you can see just how a eco building is constructed including a wild swimming pool from where we sourced all the clay we needed. Most of my designs are based around British wildlife, and the fact that we can source local sustainable wood, have community days to make the items and then sell them to raise money for new projects such as new woodland and wild flower meadow creation is a wonderful cycle.

There will be some demos of how traditional green woodworking tools are used, opportunities to sign up for future crafting and tree planting sessions, and over £5000 of art books to give away, which are seconds from my publishing company 3dtotal.
