All completed entries will be entered into a free prize draw. Our sponsors Bevere Gallery have kindly donated a £200 voucher towards artwork or framing from their gallery. There are also two additional prizes of a £100 voucher for work by participating artists.

By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

How to enter
- Only visitors to Worcestershire Open Studios (WOS) may enter.
- The draw is not open to artists participating in the event.
- The feedback form must be completed by Sunday 3 September 2023.
- Only one entry per person.
- Entrants must be 18 years or over.
- The prize draw is free to enter.
- WOS organisers will not accept responsibility if the contact details provided are inaccurate.

The prize
There are three separate prizes:
- £200 voucher to be spent at Bevere gallery towards artwork or framing.
- £100 voucher towards artwork by one of the participating artists at the 19-28 August event.
- a second £100 voucher towards artwork by one of the participating artists at the 19-28 August event.
- Vouchers must be used by 31 December 2023.
- The winners will be drawn at random.
- The prize vouchers may not be exchanged for a cash prize.
- The prize is not transferable.
- The decision of the WOS organising team is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner notification
- The winners will be notified after 8 September 2023 via the email provided during entry.
- WOS organisers will attempt to contact each winner by email up to two times.
- If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and WOS reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Receipt of the prize
- Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize. Alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

Limitation of Liability
- WOS does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.
- On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

General
- WOS reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
