Join us for some gentle creative activities and sharing in a safe, supportive group, designed to hold space for you to express through art what cannot always be described in words.
You do NOT need to be ‘good’ at art to join this group. The focus is creative expression and play, not perfection.
The Therapeutic Art group is focused on providing a range of activities to help you express your feelings and explore your inner world using art. It can help you to identify and process your feelings, and explore your sense of self.
