I have attended many courses over the years and enjoy learning new skills and exploring different techniques. I work with textiles and printmaking and use both to create collages. I’ve also recently started hand building with clay.
I dye and print my own fabrics and use hand and machine embroidery. I also use a variety of print making techniques on paper to create collages.
My work is abstract rather than representational and I’m often inspired by the natural world, which I see every day when I walk my dog, and my local area.
I’ve recently had a small studio built in my garden so I’m really looking forward to sharing my work and chatting to visitors.
