Venue Match

We know it can be hard to decide to take part, especially if you don’t have a suitable space. Our new ‘Venue Match’ platform is here to help artists and makers connect with venues, and for venues (including studios) to find participants for Worcestershire Open Studios Art Week, 22–31 August 2026.

Venues hosting more than one artist or maker often benefit from increased footfall, shared promotion, and a more diverse visitor demographic, making collaboration a positive experience for everyone. As well as over 25,000 printed guides distributed, Art Week 2025 saw studio/venue visits in excess of 18,000 making Worcestershire Open Studios Art Week the county’s biggest free art event. Visitor feedback was outstanding. Art Week has a focus on meeting the artists and makers who create the work so participants must be present at the studio/venue.

Who Venue Match can help:

  • an artist or maker looking for a space
  • a studio holder wanting a co-exhibitor, or
  • a venue wishing to host creatives during Art Week

Venue Match opens on 15th December ready for participants to plan for Art Week registration which opens on 14th February so we encourage you to find your venue early and post your listing as soon as possible. Both Venue Match and registration close on 25th March. (You don’t have to register with Venue Match to be able to join us – it is a tool to help the process of finding a co-exhibitor or venue)

Once venues or artists/makers looking for or offering space have uploaded their details, they will appear on a map and you can make contact directly with them.

To see the listings map, you will need to be ‘logged in’ to the website. If you have an account already, simply ‘Log In’ in the menu at the top, if you are not yet registered on this site, you can create a free account HERE.
