Visitors can expect to see a variety of portraits, including works drawn from life. I enjoy depicting people and telling their stories through portraiture.
Originally from Latin America, Nicaragua, I am also interested in capturing the stories of places. Many of my soft pastel paintings portray locations that have had a personal impact on me, both in the UK and abroad. I often work from my own photographs, as I am also an amateur photographer.
My work includes detailed graphite drawings exploring realistic hair and portraiture, alongside colourful soft pastel landscapes inspired by meaningful places.
In addition to my artwork, I am also a jeweller and will have a selection of handmade pieces available. My jewellery is created using precious metals in a minimalist style, often inspired by organic forms.
I am open to portrait commissions, including portraits of people, houses, and meaningful places. Cards featuring my artwork will also be available.
Please note I won’t be participating on Monday 31st August.
