Jo is a Mixed Media Artist whose background stems from working with textiles. Her work uses acrylics paints, hand printed collage papers, pastels and inks. She is very much inspired by her favourite landscapes but also loves drawing and painting simple chairs, sofas, ceramics which shows her love of pattern and colour. Jo works from her yurt which is situated on the family farm in Hartlebury. She holds concertina sketchbook workshops from there where she shows people how to use a gelli printing plate. These make interesting papers and then used with acrylic paints to fill their sketchbooks, Great fun and messy!
