Wood Craft

Artform: Woodwork
My name is Philip Earl and I live at Bransford. Having retired from farming several years ago, I started wood working and learning about the craft, making boxes and turning lamps. I facilitate a small group of local enthusiastic woodcraft crafters using my workshop to create and make small items of functional but decorative furniture including coffee tables chopping boards, pizza boards, serving boards. I am particularly interested in using native hardwood especially oak. We sell and trade as ‘Bransford Woodcraft’ and will undertake commissions. We very much enjoy working together, sharing ideas and creating items that are appealing and useful around the home. We will be participating in the Art Week at Bransford Community Farm where we will have a display of our work and a demonstration of wood turning wood craft items.
