Hand-printed lampshades

A once-a-year chance to come and visit my private studio where I create handprinted plant-fibre lampshades using my own handcut linocut blocks.
I specialise in half shades (ideal for console tables, bedsides and wall lights) and also create drum shades to order for table lamps, floor lamps and ceiling pendants.
I also have a range of lampshades and lamps created from appliqued Ordnance Survey maps which can be custom-made to order.
In addition I create repeat patterns for fabrics and stationery, some I have digitally printed, others I license to other companies to print on their own products. I will have fabric and wallpaper samples, cushions and notebooks with some of these patterns on display.
Original linocut prints and handprinted cards will also be available to purchase.

I will be joined for the Bank Holiday weekend by Joanne Goodwin (silver, brass and copper jewellery) and Katie Pruden (smoke-fired ceramics). They will be returning with even larger displays, along with two further makers, for h.Art 5-13 September.
