Artform: Ceramics & Pottery
I create quiet, functional ceramics designed to bring moments of calm into everyday life. Grounded in stillness at the pottery wheel, I shape pieces that carry mindfulness into the hands of those who use them.
Every piece is finished with simple and sustainable glazes, some made from locally gathered waste materials and plant ash, carrying traces of the landscape within them—discard transformed through heat.
My pots reflect the world I hope for: gentler, slower, more attentive—rooted in care, reciprocity, and a quiet relationship with the earth. They are made to be used, and to softly inspire these qualities in daily rituals.
I share my time between teaching workshops, making for shops, and creating commissions and private orders. I will be demonstrating throwing and sgraffito carving during open studios, and my pots will be for sale.
Based in Worcester at Earthrise Pottery Studio, I am a member of the Worcestershire and Gloucestershire Guilds of Craftsmen. My ceramics have been featured in Country Living. I’ve been making pottery for over ten years and previously studied Fine Art at Central Saint Martins.
