After a career in photojournalism on local newspapers, using black and white film, I began teaching photography at Evesham college of higher education and have just retired after 20 years. I now devote more of my time to my passion for landscape, wildlife, and travel photography. I love how the light and the variety of weather conditions transform the landscape around us, and I enjoy the process of capturing a moment in time and printing out the results.

Over the years I have exhibited in a variety of venues, in and around Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Gloucestershire and have been a member of The Gallery at The Guild in Chipping Campden since it was set up as a co-operative in 2005. Recently, I joined The British Institute of Professional Photography and in 2024 gained my Licentiate qualification. I have been a winner in Travel Photographer of the Year, had images selected for the International Garden Photographer of the Year and had several images shortlisted for the Landscape Photographer of the Year.

I make art prints that are signed and have a limited edition. The photographic images are printed on archival Hahnemuhle fine art paper using museum quality inks and are guaranteed to last for at least 70 years.

For this exhibition a selection of original photographs expressing the beauty and atmosphere of local scenes and nature will be mounted and framed, ready for you to take away and hang in your home. Also available as cards. I am looking forward to sharing the space with a range of talented artists at Cotswold Edge studios and meeting visitors.
